  • Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., y Banco Macro S.A., actuaron como co-organizadores, y Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Macro Securities S.A. y AdCap Securities Argentina S.A.,  actuaron como co-colocadores en la emisión de la segunda serie de Letras del Tesoro de la Province of Neuquén por un monto total de AR$ 937.766.000, en el marco del Programa de Letras Vto. 2020 por un valor nominal en circulación de $6.000.000.000 (el “Programa”). Las Letras Clase 1 Serie II fueron emitidas por AR$ 937.7660.000 (“Letras”), con vencimiento a los 92 días desde la fecha de emisión a una tasa variable nominal anual equivalente a la tasa Badlar más un margen de 7,00% (2020).
  • Balanz Capital S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., HSBC Bank Argentina S.A. and Banco Santander Río S.A. as placement agents in the insuance of Tecpetrol of US$ 10,845,774 notes at a fixed rate of 4% due 2021 (the “Notes Series 2and (ii) ARS 2,414,053,739 notes at a variable rate of BADLAR plus a 4.5% margin due 2021 (2020).

  • Arrangers and Placement agents In the issuance of ARCOR S.A.I.C.., one of the main food produces in Argentina,of its Series 13 Notes for an amount of AR$ 1.065.220.000 (“Notes Series 13for an amount of US$14.343.535 denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate; and (iii)Notes Series 14“, and in conjunction with the Series No. 13 Notes, the “Notes“) under the Arcor´s MTN Program for the Issuance of Notes for an amount of up to US$ 800,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) (2020).
  • Arrangers and book-running managers and placement agents, in the issuance of Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. of: (i) Notes Series 12 for an amount of US$15.310.245, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars; (ii) Notes Series 13 for an amount of US$14.343.535 denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos at the prevailing exchange rate; and (iii) Notes Series 14 denominated and payable in Argentine Pesos for an amount of $314.608.906 at a floating annual interest rate equivalent to BADLAR, based on an agreed formula, plus 5.00% (2020).
  • AES Argentina Generación S.A. (“AES”), a leading electric power generation company in Argentina successfully completed the public offering of its (i) Series B Notes  for an aggregate amount of U$S22,162,946 (“Notes Series B”), (ii) Series C Notes for an aggregate amount of U$S18,629,677 (Notes Series C”), y (iii) Series D Notes for an aggregate amount of $468,880,940 (Notes Series D” and jointly with the Notes Series B and the Notes Series C, the “Notes“)in the domestic capital market. The Notes were issued on February 18, 2020 under AES’s US$500,000,000 Global Notes Program (2020).
  • Genneia S.A. on the issuance of their 12% fixed rate senior notes due 2020, for an aggregate principal amount of US$51.5 million. Banco Macro S.A., acted as local arranger, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A.Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U.Banco Itaú Argentina S.A.Banco Santander Rio S.A. and Macro Securities S.A., as local placement agents and Banco Hipotecario S.A., as sub-local placement agent (2019).
  • Genneia S.A. in the issuance of its notes without public offering in Argentina due 2022 for an aggregate principal amount of US$50 million, which where subscribed by certain shareholders of Genneia. U.S. Bank, National Association acted as payment agent, transfer agent and register agent (2018).
  • Vista Oil & Gas S.A.B. de C.V. completed the acquisition of an oil operating platform controlled by Pampa Energía S.A. and Pluspetrol Resources Corporation with interests in certain exploitation concessions, fields under evaluation and exploration permits in the Neuquén basin and with relevant access to Vaca Muerta’s unconventional hydrocarbon fields -in excess of 137,000 acres in the Vaca Muerta unconventional play, including 54,000 acres in the shale oil window-. The transaction was approved by Vista’s shareholders at a meeting held on March 22, 2018. Vista Oil & Gas S.A.B. de C.V. has become the fifth most important oil company in the country (2018).
  • Central Puerto S.A., a major power generation company in the Argentine market, in an offering of ordinary shares by the selling shareholders in United States and other countries outside of Argentina, as well as in a concurrent offering in Argentina, both for an aggregate amount of  US$ 379 million. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co LLC acted as subscription agents, and Citibank N.A. as depositary of ADS’s program (2018).
  • Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and UBS Securities LLC.in the placement of 126.5 million shares of common stock (in the form of ADSs) of Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. for an aggregate amount of US$ 632.5 million (2017).
  • Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith IncorporatedItau BBA USA Securities Inc and J. P. Morgan Securities LLC, as international underwriter, in the placement of 20.1 million shares of common stock (in the form of ADSs) of Grupo Supervielle for an aggregate amount of US$ 473.8 million (2017).
  • Banco Macro S.A. in a global primary equity offering of shares for approximately US$766 million. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, as Underwriters, and Macro Securities S.A., as placement agent in Argentina. The transaction constitutes the first international follow on equity offering by an Argentine issuer in the last ten years (2017).
  • Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as underwriters, and Raymond James, as local placement agent, in the US$ 280 million initial public offering of Grupo Supervielle, the first international IPO of an Argentine company in recent years, and which breaks an IPO drought across South America (2016).
  • Legal advisors to Magna Inversiones S.A.RPBC GAS S.A.Federico Tomasevich and Central Puerto S.A., as bidders, and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., as agent of the offer and the guarantee, in its mandatory tender offer for the acquisition of all the shares of Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana S.A. (2016).

With this IPO, Globant has become the first Latin American software company to go public on the NYSE (2014).
  • Inversora Juramento S.A., one of the most important agricultural companies in northwestern Argentina and which is a wholly-Argentine owned firm, in an offering of new shares worth $213 million (approximately $26.6 million). Banco Macro S.A. acted as arranger and Macro Securities S.A. as subscription agent of the new shares (2014).

  • JP Morgan and Credit Suisse as joint book runners and placement agents, with the other agents and brokerage houses that are shareholders of the MERVAL, as sub-placement agents, in an offering of shares made in Argentina worth US$110 million raised by the real estate arm of Argentine asset management group Consultatio (Winner of the 2008 Latin America Capital Markets Tax Transaction of the Year Award by International Tax Review) (2008).
