Decree No. 305/2025: Amendment of export duty rates

On May 6, 2025, the National Executive Branch issued Decree No. 305/2025 (“Decree 305”), published in the Official Gazette on May 7, 2025. The decree sets the Export Duty rate at 0% (zero percent) for goods classified under the MERCOSUR Tariff Classification Codes listed in Annex I, which include products manufactured using basic inputs derived from agricultural, mineral, or petrochemical activities.

The Decree will become effective on May 8, 2025.
