On July 31, 2025, Arcor S.A.I.C. (“Arcor”), a leading company in the mass consumer food products manufacturing market, issued 7.6% class 1 notes due July 31, 2033; as provided in the Suplemento de Prospecto dated July 21, 2025, and the Offering Memorandum dated July 23, 2025 (as subsequently amended or supplemented).

Morgan Securities LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC acted as joint bookrunners (the “Joint Bookrunners”), and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. and Latin Securities S.A. acted as local placement agents (the “Local Placement Agents”).
