We advised BID Invest in connection with a financing transaction, granted jointly with other entities, to Banco Supervielle for approximately US$249,000,000

Holland & Knight and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the Inter-American Investment Corporation (“IDB Invest”) on the financing granted by IDB Invest, with the participation of other entities, to Banco Supervielle S.A. (“Banco Supervielle”), for an amount of up to USD249,000,000.

This financing will allow Banco Supervielle to use the funds to finance SMEs to promote financial inclusion, production, and employment in strategic sectors.

Holland & Knight advised IDB Invest through a team led by partner Stephen Double together with associate Nicolas Usandivaras and international associate Luciano Zanutto.
