Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi advised in a cross border financing for a power project of YPF ENERGÍA ELÉCTRICA S.A.

YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A. (“YPF Luz”), an Argentine power and renewable energy company entered into a credit facility agreement with HSBC Bank USA N.A. for an amount of up to US$ 30,000,000 (U.S. Dollars thirty million) (or its equivalent in other currency). The facility is backed by a guarantee from Finnvera plc, the export credit agency of Finland.
