Appointment of the New Executive Committee of Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi
The partners of Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi (“Bruchou”), by the secret and equal vote of one each of them, have elected the Firm’s new authorities for the 2020/22 term. The members of the new Executive Committee are Hugo Bruzone as Chairman, Liban Kusa as Managing Partner, Carlos Lombardi, Mariano Luchetti and José María Bazán.
The outgoing Chairman and founding partner of the Firm, Enrique Bruchou, stated: “This generational renewal follows the strategic vision of creating a Firm with a sense of perpetuity, one that transcends the founding partners and, in general, the individuals. Since our foundation 30 years ago we have succeeded in positioning ourselves as one of the region’s leading law firms with focus in the collaborative spirit and a culture of permanent innovation. The new Executive Committee will have my full support in this new stage.”
In turn, Hugo Bruzone stated: “Having been chosen as Chairman by my fellow partners is a huge responsibility; even more when succeeding someone such as Enrique. The goal of the new Executive Committee is to continue attracting and retaining the best talent and in that way provide a distinctive and excellent service.”
Carlos Lombardi added: “I am convinced that Liban has the right personal and professional skills to act as Managing Partner”. Furthermore, he praised the addition of Mariano and José to the Executive Committee, two partners who joined Bruchou before graduating and developed their whole career at the Firm.
Finally, Liban Kusa stated: “It is an honor to have been chosen by my partners to occupy this position. Having Carlos stay on as a member of the Committee will be of great support, given his 12 years of experience as our Managing Partner.”
