Bruchou advised in a financing of YPF Energía Eléctrica S.A.

Bruchou acted as legal advisor in the YPF Luz financing (YPF Energía Eléctrica SA), advicing to HSBC Bank USA N.A. and Finnvera.

YPF Luz, an Argentine power and renewable energy company entered into a credit facility agreement with HSBC Bank USA N.A. for an amount of up to US$ 30,000,000 (U.S. Dollars thirty million) (or its equivalent in other currency). The facility is backed by a guarantee from Finnvera plc,the export credit agency of Finland.
