Bruchou advised Morixe Hermanos S.A.C.I. in the issuance of ARS$400 million Class I Notesdue on 2022 with an interest rate of BADLAR plus a margin of 0%, under Morixe’s US$50.000.000 Global Notes Program.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Supervielle acted as arrangers and placement agents; and Banco Santander Río S.A. acted as placement agent.

Morixe Hermanos S.A.C.I. is a competitive and well-known food company of over a hundred years old, that produces several high-quality products such as frozen french fries, olives, biscuits, breadcrumbs, balsamic vinegar and others.

The Notes are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).
