Graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Belgrano in 1993, he leads a team of attorneys specializing in contentious matters and providing advisory services to companies and business chambers. His expertise includes labor and social security law, with extensive experience representing clients in litigation before National, Federal, and Provincial Courts and Tribunals. He actively participates in national collective bargaining negotiations, representing both companies and business chambers, as well as defending corporate interests in collective and multi-party disputes.
He has significant experience in corporate restructuring and reorganization processes, offering strategic and tailored legal solutions.
In the academic field, he serves as a lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at renowned institutions such as UCEMA and UADE. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars for companies and business organizations.
His professional training includes participation in the “VIII Postgraduate Courses on Labor Law” at the University of Salamanca, Spain, along with other specialized courses in labor law.
