Specialist in strategy and management of professional services firms. He is Executive Director and partner of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja. He is member of the board of Directors at Munita & Olvarria (Chile) and a member of the Board and Executive Committee of Ius Laboris (Global HR Law Alliance).

He earned his MBA from Duke University and is a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration at UCEMA. He specialized in human capital management and management of professional services firms: Human Resources Specialization Program, University of California at Berkeley; Managing People, The Wharton School; and Leading Professional Service Firms, Harvard Business School.

He is a member of the supervisory commission of the UCEMA board of directors. He has been a speaker and teacher on topics of strategic alignment and management of professional service firms.
