Leonardo Rubén
Leonardo Guerra specializes in complex dispute resolution (Litigation and Arbitration), Consumer Law, and Bankruptcy & Insolvency.
In his daily practice, Leonardo advises and represents local and international clients from various industries in complex legal matters. He also focuses on providing assistance in transactional and pre-litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, he worked for several years as a lawyer at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados, specializing in civil and commercial law, consumer protection law, and bankruptcy law.
He graduated with honors from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in 2017, earning the Outstanding Graduate diploma.
Between 2018 and 2019, he completed a Master’s in Business Law at Universidad Austral. Subsequently, he completed various postgraduate studies at the same university.
Leonardo has also published articles in his area of expertise in various legal journals, such as El Dial, IJ Editores, etc.
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and the San Isidro Bar Association.
