Ramon Augusto
Ramón Augusto Poliche is a senior associate in the Banking and Capital Markets team.
He graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, and obtained his master’s degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, defending a strong thesis on sustainability-linked bonds.
Between 2023 and 2024, he served as a Foreign Attorney at Linklaters LLP (New York office).
In his daily practice at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, he advises banks, companies and investment funds in both domestic and international banking and capital market transactions. He has participated in a large number of transactions related to loans, debt issuances (corporate and sovereign), equity issuances, tender offers and regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience in bank financing and securitization, as well as debt restructuring.
He is recognized in his field of practice in Argentina by The Legal 500.
He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and of the Comité de Abogados de Bancos de la República Argentina (where he has been in charge of the “Youth Chapter”).
