Quimey
Quimey Waisten advises banks, companies, and investment funds on local and cross-border banking and capital markets financings. She has been actively involved in syndicated loans, project finance, project bonds, debt restructurings, security packages, and debt offerings in the local and international capital markets, as well as in mutual funds, financial trusts, and M&A transactions involving financial institutions.
She also advises corporates, banks, and market participants on regulatory matters related to foreign exchange, banking, and securities regulations, including interactions and filings before the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA) and the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV).
Quimey joined the firm in 2023 as a member of the Banking & Capital Markets team. She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law, in 2020 with Honours and several academic distinctions.
