Statistis Fee

Decree No. 1140/2024 (hereinafter, “Decree 1140”), published in the Official Gazette on 12.31.2024 and in force as of 01.01.2025 extended until 12.31.2027 the 3% statistic fee set forth in Section 762 of the Customs Code that levies definitive import destinations and mantains the following caps to statistics fee:

Taxable baseStatistics Fee Cap
Lower than USD 10,000USD 180
Between USD 10,000 and USD 100,000USD 3,000
Between USD 100,000 and USD 1,000,000USD 30,000
Over USD 1,000,000USD 150,000

Decree 1140 also extend the exemptions to statistics fee currently in force.
