We advised on AA2000’s issuance of dollar-linked Notes for US$27,773,642
On July 5, 2023, Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A. (“AA2000”) issued Class 10 dollar-linked notes at zero rate and 110.65% issuance price, due on July 5, 2025, to be paid exclusively in kind through the delivery of Class 3 Notes at certain exchange ratio, for a face value of US$25,061,312 (the “Class 10 Notes”).
Likewise, on the same date, AA2000 issued additional Class 9 dollar-linked notes at zero rate, with an issuance price of 119%, due on August 19, 2026, for a face value of US$2,712,330 (the “Class 9 Additional Notes” and, jointly with the Class 10 Notes (the “Dollar-Linked Notes”). The funds received from the placement of Class 9 Additional Notes were allocated to the redemption of all outstanding Class 3 Notes that had not been submitted for the integration of Class 10 Notes.
The Dollar-Linked Notes are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

AA2000 is the largest airport concessionaire in Argentina since 1998, holding rights –under a Concession Agreement concluded with the Argentine Government– to use, operate and manage 35 of the 56 airports in the Argentine national airport system, including the two largest and most busy airports in Argentina.
