We advised the placement agents on Pampa Energía’s US$104,633,623 notes issuance
Pampa Energía S.A. (“Pampa Energía”) the leading, independent and integrated energy company in Argentina with participation in electricity and gas value chain, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of fixed nominal annual 7.25% interest rate Series 25 corporate notes, for a nominal value equivalent to US$ 104,633,623, due August 6th, 2028, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in Dollars, abroad, (the “Notes”). The Notes will amortize the principal in one single instalment on the due date.
Pampa Energía was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while (i) Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. acting as placement and settlement agent and; (ii) Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., (iii) Banco Patagonia S.A., (iv) Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, (v) Cocos Capital S.A., (vi) Latin Securities S.A., (vii) Banco Mariva S.A., (viii) ONE 618 Financial Services S.A.U., (ix) SBS Trading S.A., (x) Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., (xi) Allaria S.A., (xii) Cono Sur Inversiones S.A., and (xiii) Petrini Valores S.A., acting as placement agents (the “Transaction Agents”), were advised by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.
The Notes were issued on August 6th, 2025, under the Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Notes have been admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. panel and authorized for its negotiation in the A3 Mercados S.A. Additionally, they have been locally rated on July 28th, 2025, by FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo “AAA(arg)” with stable outlook (perspectiva estable).
