We advised YPF Luz on the issuance of Notes for US$79,946,259

(“YPF Luz”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, SBS Trading S.A., Allaria S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Global Valores S.A., PP Inversiones S.A., Invertironline S.A.U., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. and Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., as arrangers and placement agents (the “Arrangers and Placement Agents”), in the successful issuance of Class XXII Notes for an amount of US$79,946,259, denominated and payable in U.S. dollars, with a fixed rate of 6.00%, maturing on October 3, 2026 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on A3 Mercados S.A. (“A3 Mercados”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”), and were rated by Moody’s Local AR ACR S.A. as a short-term issuer ML A-1.ar and a long-term issuer AAA.ar with a stable outlook.
YPF Luz is one of the main electric power generation companies in Argentina, mainly engaged in the production, commercialization and development of electric power generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas powered) sources.
