We advised the local placement agents on the issuance of Notes by Tecpetrol for US$450.000.000

New Deal - September 22, 2026

Tecpetrol S.A. (“Tecpetrol”) successfully completed its offering of US$ 450,000,000 additional class 10 notes with a yield of 7.250% due 2033 (the “Notes”). Tecpetrol S.A. is a leading company in the oil and gas industry, with activities that include the exploration, production, and development of hydrocarbon fields.

The Notes were issued on September 14, 2026, and were placed in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. Tecpetrol will use the proceeds from the offering in accordance with the requirements of Article 36 of the Negotiable Obligations Law.
