Juan Salvador Mayedonchi graduated from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and subsequently obtained a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Austral.

He specializes in tax matters, mainly in the litigation area. As part of his professional experience, he focuses on providing advice and representation to clients in cases related to relevant claims made by the Tax Administrations (national, provincial and municipal).

In his daily practice he advises individuals and companies in the agribusiness, mining, gas & energy, fintech and payment processing sectors in tax and social security resources matters, with special attention to transfer pricing, BEPS and cross-border transactions.

He is a member of the Asociación Argentina de Estudios Fiscales and of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
