Bruchou advised Patagonia Gold in the acquisition of Mina Ángela, and in the agreements regarding Homenaje and Nico Projects

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi acted as legal counsel to Patagonia Gold Corp. (Patagonia Gold) in the acquisition of Mina Ángela, in the acquisition of Proyecto Nico , and in the signing of an option to acquire a majority interest in the Homenaje Project.

About Mina Ángela

On September 2020, Patagonia Gold signed a definitive agreement with Latin Metals Inc., which granted Patagonia an irrevocable option to acquire Mina Ángela, located in the Somuncura Massif of Río Negro province, Argentina. In mid-March, Patagonia Gold exercised the option through an Argentine subsidiary and proceeded to execute the transaction, becoming the new owner of Mina Angela.

Mina Ángela is comprised of 44 individual mining concessions, it covers 200 km² and is located approximately 50 km east-southeast of Calcatreu gold Project and 40 km of Gastre, in Chubut, Argentina.

About Nico and Homenaje Projects

Patagonia Gold agreed with Mirasol Resources Ltd. (Mirasol) to acquire 100% interest in Nico Project and an option to acquire a 75% in the Homenaje project. Both projects are located in Deseado Massif, Santa Cruz Province, Argentina.
