We are delighted to announce that Carlos Lombardi, Founding Partner at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, was honored with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” at Latin Lawyer’s 17th Annual Awards ceremony on May 11, in São Paulo.

This recognition reflects his exceptional and extensive career in the profession, his contributions to our Firm’s innovative corporate governance system, and his determined commitment to our values.

Carlos Lombardi‘s career has established him as a leader in Banking & Capital Markets matters in Argentina. He has served as a legal advisor to senior management at various banks in Argentina, a role he has excelled in over the years. He has been involved in numerous banking and corporate finance transactions with the leading banks in Argentina and has a strong background in a variety of securitization and structured finance transactions. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous M&A transactions, primarily in the banking and financial sector. He specializes in investment funds and asset management and has also been involved in major conflicts.

The award was presented by his colleague, Enrique Bruchou, co-founding partner of our Firm. Together they have developed the values and vision in which Bruchou & Funes de Rioja continues to consolidate.
