SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Hernán Alal is a senior associate in the General Corporate and M&A Department of the Firm. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
He graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law in 2013 and received an LL.M. degree from Penn State Law (Pennsylvania, USA) in 2017.
Hernán worked as an international associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados (Rio de Janeiro, Brasil) during 2019 and 2020, and at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (New York, United States) in 2023 and 2024.
He is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
