Ms. Florencia Angélico is a partner in the Corporate Law & Corporate Governance department and co-leads the Corporate Conflict Platform at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.
Specialized in Corporate Law, she offers comprehensive legal advice to both national and international clients, particularly in corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation processes, corporate dispute resolution, and shareholders’ agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in 2014, she worked as an associate at Abeledo Gottheil Abogados, where she also focused on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, establishing herself as a trusted advisor in strategic corporate transactions.
She earned her law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2006, and in 2014, she completed a postgraduate degree in Corporate Legal Advice at Universidad Católica Argentina. In 2020, she was recognized as an Internationally Certified Compliance Professional by Universidad del CEMA and the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance (Asociación Argentina de Ética y Compliance).
Regarding teaching and professional development, she lectures on Corporate Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal). Additionally, she serves on the Legal Advisory Council of the Argentine Chamber of Stock Companies (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
