Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, School of Law in 1995. Partner of “Bruchou & Funes de Rioja”, where he heads the Central Team dealing with complex litigation and quality issues. Specialised in Labour Law. Advising companies and chambers of commerce in both individual and collective disputes. Specialising in procedural law. Representation in litigation before National, Federal and Provincial Courts and Tribunals; including relevant actions in several matters before the Supreme Court of the Nation.

Diploma in arbitration and appointed arbitrator by the “Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje” and by the “Cámara Argentina De Comercio y Servicios”. University lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at UCEMA and UADE Universities. Author of numerous articles published in specialist journals such as ERREPAR and LA LEY; and newspapers such as Infobae and El Cronista, and seminars in universities and associations on subjects of his speciality. He has participated in the “VIII Postgraduate Courses in Labour Law”, held at the University of Salamanca, Spain, among other courses.

He is a member of Instituto de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social (“Institute of Labor Law and Social Security”) of Academia Nacional de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales de Buenos Aires (“National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires”).
