Lucía focuses her practice on advising local and international clients on a broad range of financing transactions, both local and cross-border.

Her experience includes bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, issuances of bonds under Argentine and foreign law, and financial trusts. She has also advised on equity transactions, including initial public offerings and secondary share sales, as well as on debt restructurings.

In addition, she regularly advises financial institutions, fintech companies, issuers, and public sector entities on regulatory matters and transaction structuring. She is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires.
