We advised Vista Energy on the issuance of Notes for US$150,000,000
On July 16, 2026, Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. (“Vista”) successfully issued its Class XXXII and Class XXXIII simple, non-convertible notes. The Class XXXII Notes, denominated, payable and settled in U.S. dollars abroad, were issued for a nominal amount of US$75,000,000. The Class XXXIII Notes, denominated, payable and settled in U.S. dollars in Argentina, were issued for a nominal amount of US$75,000,000. Both classes were issued under the company’s Global Program of up to US$4,000,000,000.
The Class XXXII Notes, maturing on January 16, 2028, accrue interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 3.75%. The Class XXXIII Notes, maturing on July 16, 2029, accrue interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 5.00%. The principal of both classes will be repaid in a single installment on their respective maturity dates.
The Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading on A3 Mercados (formerly Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.). Additionally, they were rated “AAA(arg)” with a “stable outlook” by FIX and “AAA.ar” with a “stable outlook” by Moody’s, both on July 8, 2026.
