He specializes in corporate law, providing comprehensive corporate advice to domestic and foreign clients, especially in connection with corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, trust agreements, corporate conflict resolution and shareholders’ agreements.
He joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at G. Breuer Abogados and López Tilli Abogados, specializing in corporate law.
He is a member of Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal.
