Biography
Florencia Fernández is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires and Trademark agent registered with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). She is passionate about IP law.
She joined Bruchou & Funes de Rioja in 2021, after working for many years in different law firms at Buenos Aires.
She has a great experience filing and prosecuting trademarks, industrial designs and patents as well as managing trademark portfolios. She advises national and international clients on intellectual and industrial property matters, in the best way to file and protect its rights.
