Biography

Liban Kusa is a partner in the Tax Department. He specializes in tax matters, mainly in the litigation area, leading the defense strategy for cases related to relevant claims made by Tax Administrations (national and provincial). He also advises on litigation matters related to municipal tax issues.

Dr. Kusa graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in 1997. Since 2005 and up to the present, he has been recognized by different local and international publications -specialized in this matter- as one of the most outstanding lawyers in tax matters. In turn, he has been recognized in his practice area as one of the leading lawyers for several consecutive years by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and World Tax.
