He joined the Firm in December 2001 as a trainee and later joined our Banking & Capital Markets team. He is member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (2004).

Mr. López Figueroa advises financial institutions, private investment funds and corporations in corporate financing transactions, specially project financing, acquisition financing and trade financing.

He is also a legal specialist in debt restructuring, asset management, mutual funds and foreign exchange regulations.

Besides, he advises financial institutions and companies on banking and securities regulatory matters.

He was a foreign associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York, during 2013/2014.

Additionally, he has been recognized in his field of practice for several consecutive years by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500.
