He advises companies operating in regulated industries on contractual and regulatory matters, including renewable and non-renewable power generation, electricity transmission and distribution, natural gas transportation and distribution, hydrocarbons, telecommunications, and railways, among others. In this capacity, he advises clients on the development of energy and infrastructure projects. His practice also encompasses public procurement procedures, public tenders, and administrative litigation.
In addition, Manuel advises clients in commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the rules of leading domestic and international arbitral institutions, including the ICC and ICSID.
He graduated with a law degree from Universidad Austral and completed the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the same institution (thesis pending), where he also earned diplomas in International Contracts and Litigation and in Private Law. He is admitted to practice law in Argentina and is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
