Juan Franco Raparo Faure joined the firm in 2021, following his experience at other leading law firms in Argentina. His practice focuses on administrative law, economic regulation, and complex dispute resolution, with particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, railway transportation, water and sanitation, and pharmaceutical sectors.

He advises domestic and international companies in high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as on regulatory and contractual matters related to regulated industries. He is also regularly involved in legal due diligence processes and in the assessment of regulatory and dispute-related risks in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and project development.

Mr. Raparo Faure graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (2016) and earned a postgraduate specialization in Economic Administrative Law from the same university (2018). He also holds an LL.M. in International Business Law, with a specialization in International Dispute Resolution, from the University of Lausanne (Switzerland).

He serves as a Professor of Administrative Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina and is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
