Macarena Rolón is a senior associate in the Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions department, with a special emphasis on the oil and gas industry.
Her practice mainly focuses on mergers, acquisitions, farm-outs, joint ventures, and other national and international corporate matters.
Macarena graduated with honors from Universidad de San Andrés in 2018 and completed a postgraduate degree in Natural Resources Law and Policy at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2022. She also obtained a certification from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella on hydrocarbon regulations in 2022.
