Lawyer graduated from the School of Law, University of Buenos Aires, 1989. Postgraduate in Management and Business, Universidad de San Andrés, 1998- 1999. Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management-New York state School of Industrial and Labor relations-Cornell University. 1996 -1997. Specialist in Labour Law, in its individual and collective aspects, diversity, personal data protection, international human rights law with impact on labour law, Industrial Relations and HR. Intense involvement in advising leading companies in the following fields telecommunications activities, retail chains, food, oil, chemicals, banking and television and entertainment.

Partner at the Firm since 1999. Previously, he worked as: Industrial Relations Manager (1996 – 1999) and HR Manager (1994 – 1996) and as: Industrial Relations Manager (1994 – 1996) as specialist within the Labour Relations Management (1992 – 1994), at Telecom Argentina S.A.; Lawyer at Estudio Pomodoro (1990-1992), assisting companies in the field of labour law and as specialist within the Labour Relations Management at Grupo Industrial Sade, with responsibilities in the field of labour litigation and labour litigation (1988-1990).

He was mentioned by Legal 500 – Latin Lawyers (2014), as one of the partners of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja recognised by clients.

He has been Professor of Labour Law I, Labour Law II and Labour Law III (Universidad del Salvador; Licenciatura en Administración de Recursos Humanos); Professor of Labour Law at Universidad de Belgrano- Human Resources; Professor in postgraduate courses at Facultad de Ciencias Económicas de la UBA.
