Diego
Diego Sasias Arroyo is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law and Oil & Gas practice groups.
In his day-to-day practice, Diego advises local and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions.
He joined Bruchou & Funes de Rioja in 2026. Between 2025 and 2026, he worked as an International Law Clerk in the Corporate team at Greenberg Traurig LLP (Miami). Previously, from 2018 to 2024, he was a member of the Corporate and Banking Law teams at Guyer & Regules (Montevideo).
Diego earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in 2025 and a Diploma in Banking Economics and Management from the University of the Republic in 2021. He graduated with a Law Degree from the Catholic University of Uruguay in 2017. He is admitted to practice law in Uruguay.
