Ignacio has been a member of the Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department since 2017, specializing in the resolution of complex commercial disputes, insolvency proceedings, and public and private law litigation. Since rejoining the firm, he has also been part of the Administrative & Regulatory Law team, advising local and international companies operating in regulated industries.
During 2026, he served as Legal Counsel at the Legal and Technical Secretariat of the Office of the President of Argentina, where he advised on strategic regulatory and judicial matters involving constitutional, administrative, and regulatory law.
He graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires School of law and earned an LL.M. in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (2024–2025), graduating cum laude. He has published in the LSE Law Review of the London School of Economics and co-authored research published by the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.
Between 2023 and 2026, he served as the firm’s Pro Bono Coordinator, leading a research project that was recognized as Pro Bono Project of the Year by the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.
