She joined the firm as a member of the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions team in 2021.
In her daily practice at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, she advises local and foreign clients on the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and venture capital, and general corporate advisory.
She graduated from the School of Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2017. In 2021, she obtained a Master’s in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
She is a member of the Public Bar Association of Capital Federal.
