Leandro is a member of the Labor Due Diligence practice, where he advises domestic and international companies in the context of mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the analysis of labor contingencies, regulatory compliance, and the structuring of labor-related aspects of transactions.

His practice includes advising on labor compliance matters, reviewing employment documentation, and supporting the identification and assessment of risks related to individual and collective labor relations. He is also part of the Immigration Law team, advising companies seeking to hire or relocate foreign personnel to work in Argentina.

He holds a law degree from Universidad de Belgrano and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the same university. He has further complemented his academic background with a diploma in International Contracts and Litigation and a diploma in Commercial and Investment Arbitration, both from Universidad Austral.

He is admitted to the Buenos Aires City Bar Association (Colegio Público de la Abogacía de la Capital Federal) and the San Isidro Bar Association, and is also admitted to practice before federal courts.
