We advised the transaction agents in Capex S.A.’s issuance of Notes for US$70,000,000
Capex S.A. (“Capex“), an Argentinean integrated energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, thermal and renewable power generation, and hydrogen production, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of: (i) Series VI (“Notes Series VI“) corporate bonds, for US$ 30,676,500, at a purchase price of 116,30%, due September 7, 2026; and (ii) Series VII (the “Notes Series VII” and, together with Notes Series VI, the “Notes“) corporate bonds, for US$ 39,323,500, at a purchase price of 100%, due September 7, 2027; at a fixed annual interest rate of 0.00%, denominated in Dollars and subscribed, integrated and payable in Pesos.
The Notes were issued on September 7th, 2023, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes Program for up to USD$ 600,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the “Program“).
