Updates on international data transfers. Resolution 198/2023

Legal News - October 18, 2023

The Access to Public Information Agency, Enforcement Authority of Law No. 25,326, incorporated into the applicable legal framework in Argentina the standard contractual clauses for international data transfers of the Ibero-American Data Protection Network. Uruguay and Peru had already adopted these standard clauses, which facilitate the regulatory harmonisation between different countries in the region.
