We acted as deal counsel in the issuance of Notes by Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. for AR$12,040,000,000
On September 17, 2024 Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. (“BST”) issued series XVIII, simple, not convertible into shares, denominated and payable in Pesos at a variable interest rate, for a nominal value of $12,040,000,000 maturing on June 17, 2025, with an applicable margin of 6.50% (the “Series XVIII Notes”) under the global note program for the issuance of simple (non-convertible into shares) notes up to US$50,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
In addition, Series XVIII Notes have been rated “ML A-1.ar” by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. The Series XVIII Notes have been admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
BST acted as issuer, arranger, placement and settlement agent, and SBS Trading S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., Allaria S.A. and Banco de Valores S.A. acted as placement agents.
