We advised Central Puerto on the acquisition of Masisa’s forestry business in Argentina

(“Masisa”) in the acquisition of Masisa Argentina S.A. and Forestal Argentina S.A. by Proener S.A.U., a wholly owned subsidiary of CEPU. The operation includes the acquisition of 72.000 hectares of forestry real estate in the provinces of Entre Ríos and Corrientes for US$ 69.364.162.-
