We advised IDB Invest on a financing granted to Banco Galicia for up to US$150,000,000

Holland & Knight and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja worked together on the financing granted by IDB Invest, with the participation of other entities, to Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. (“Banco Galicia”), for an amount of up to USD300,000,000, of which tranche “A” of up to USD150,000,000 will be financed by IDB Invest and tranche “B” of up to USD150,000,000 will be financed with the participation of institutional investors and parallel loans.

This financing will enable Banco Galicia to use the funds to expand access to financing for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and for sustainable projects in Argentina.
