We advised MSU Green Energy S.A. on the issuance of green notes for US$21,376,563

(in process of changing its name to MSU Green Energy S.A.), and Tavarone, Rovelli, Salim & Miani advised Allaria S.A as settlement and placement agent; and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Invertironline S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco de Valores S.A., Bull Market Brokers S.A., Banco Piano S.A., NEIX S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., as placement agents, in the successful issuance of the Series 3 Notes for a nominal amount of US$ 21.376.563 (dollars twenty-one million three hundred seventy-six thousand five hundred sixty-three) which qualified as Green Bonds (the “Series 3 Notes”), with an annual fixed rate of 8,50% and maturing on December 20, 2028.
MSU Green Energy S.A.U. (in process of changing its name to MSU Green Energy S.A.) is a company that is part of the MSU Group -a major player in agricultural production and with a growing presence in the energy sector- engaged in the planning, development, execution and operation of renewable energy projects -wind, solar, hydroelectric, geothermal and biomass- for the production and sale of electricity.
The Notes were issued in line with the four main components of the International Capital Market Association’s Green Bond Principles, following the provisions of the ‘Guidelines for the Issuance of Social, Green and Sustainable Marketable Securities in Argentina and the Social, Green and Sustainable Bonds Guide of the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets Panel (“ByMA”). Thus, in the green bond evaluation carried out by FIX SCR S.A., the Notes have been qualified as “BV1 (arg)”.
The Notes have been authorized for its listing on ByMA’s Green Panel and for its negotiation on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”).
