(the “Lenders”) and EGFA Abogados advised Empresa Distribuidora de Energía Atlántica S.A. (“EDEA”), a company dedicated to the distribution of energy in Buenos Aires Province, in the granting of a syndicated loan governed by Argentine law for an amount of AR$44,900,000,000 to EDEA (the “Syndicated Loan”).
Additionally, Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Banco CMF S.A., which acted as trustee under the trust granted as collateral by EDEA for the benefit of the Lenders.
