We advised the initial purchasers and the local placement agents on the international issuance of Debt Securities of the Province of Santa Fe for US$800,000,000
On December 11, 2025, the Province of Santa Fe successfully issued debt securities in an aggregate amount of USD 800,000,000, maturing in 2034 (the “Notes”). The Notes bear interest at a nominal annual rate of 8.100%, payable semiannually, with principal payable in four annual installments.
The net proceeds from the offering will be allocated entirely to finance public works projects related to productive, social and public security infrastructure.
The transaction marks the return of the Province of Santa Fe to the international capital markets after its 2017 issuance.
Santander US Capital Markets LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as initial purchasers.
Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., Allaria S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Facimex Valores S.A., One618 Financial Services S.A.U., Rosario Valores S.A., StoneX Securities S.A. and Puente Hnos. S.A. acted as local placement agents.
