We advised the placement agents in Compañía General de Combustibles S.A.’s issuance of Notes for US$149,575,391

New Deal - July 8, 2024

Bomchil advised Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as counsel to the book-running managers and the placement agents in the issuance of 3.00% Dollar- Linked Notes Series 35 payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate and maturing in February 2026 for a total amount of US$149,575,391.

The Notes Series 35 could be paid-in in cash or in kind, through the delivery of 0.00% Dolar-Linked Notes Series 30 maturing in March 2025, issued by the company in March 2023.

The issuance took place on June 28, 2024, under the company’s Frequent Issuer Regime. The proceeds from the placement of the Notes Series 35 will be used for investments in physical assets located in Argentina, debt refinancing, integration of working capital, acquisition of goodwill and integration of capital contributions in companies controlled by or related to the issuing company, acquisition of equity interests and/or financing of the commercial line of business.
