We advised the placement agents in Plaza Logística’s issuance of Notes for AR$ 6,873,000,000 and US$ 7,000,000

(“Plaza Logistica”) and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Supervielle S.A., Invertironline S.A.U., PP Inversiones S.A. and TPCG Valores S.A.U., as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of the Class 1 Notes for a nominal amount of AR$ 6,873,000,000, denominated and payable in pesos, at a floating rate maturing on 2 December 2026 and the Class 2 Notes for a nominal amount of US$ 7,000,000, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 7.50%, maturing on 2 June 2027 (the ‘Notes’) under the Frequent Issuer Regime.

It should be noted that Class 2 Notes are aligned with the Sustainable Financing Framework developed by Plaza Logistica, in the category of eligible projects: Green Buildings and in accordance with the four main components of the ICMA’s 2021 Green Bond Principles. FIX SCR (an affiliate of Fitch Ratings) conducted a Second Party Opinion for Plaza Logistica’s Sustainable Financing Framework in November 2024, concluding that the Issuer’s Sustainable Financing Framework is STRONGLY aligned with the GBP (Green Bond Principles), SBP (Social Bond Principles), SBG (Sustainability Bond Guidelines), GLP (Green Loan Principles), and SLP (Social Loan Principles) published by the Loan Market Association (LMA).

The Notes were listed on A3 Mercados S.A. (“A3 Mercados”), Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”), and in the case of Class 2 Notes on the Green Bond Panel of ByMA and were rated AA(Arg) by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agency with a stable outlook.
