We advised the placement agents on Capex’s issuance of Notes for US$40,000,000

Capex S.A. (“Capex”), an Argentinean integrated energy company engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, thermal and renewable power generation, and hydrogen production, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of Series III (“Notes Series III“) and Series IV (the “Notes Series IV” and, together with Notes Series III, the “Notes“) corporate bonds, for US$ 22,433,559 (Notes Series III) and US$ 17,566,441 (Notes Series IV), due February 27, 2026 and February 27, 2027 respectively, denominated in Dollars and subscribed, integrated and payable in Pesos, at a fixed annual interest rate of 0.00%, issued under their US$ 600,000,000 Global Notes Program.

Capex was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco CMF S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., TPCG Valores S.A.U., Banco Patagonia S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U., Macro Securities S.A.U., Latin Securities S.A., Banco Hipotecario S.A., Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. y Banco Supervielle S.A., acted as placement agents (the “Transaction Agents”), and them were advised by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

The Notes were issued on February 27th, 2023, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes for up to USD$ 600,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the “Program“).
