Pampa Energía S.A. (“Pampa Energía“) is the leading, independent and integrated energy company in Argentina with participation in electricity and gas value chain, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of 0% Series 13 corporate bonds, for US$ 49,846,109, due December 19, 2027, denominated in Dollars and subscribed, integrated and payable in Pesos (the “Notes Series 13” or the “Notes“, indistinctly).

The Notes were issued on December 19th, 2022, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares Program for up to USD$ 2,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the “Program“).
